CDC's Board of Directors
Charles B. Turner, Jr. is the Executive Director. He is responsible for administration of contract agreements, adherence to schedules, and liaison with various providers, owners and governmental offices. Charles has a Master's Degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley and 30 years of professional experience providing design and planning services in low-income and minority communities.

Michael Harris
Board Chair
Sanders Li is the Administrative Assistant providing administrative support services to staff and community organizations. Sanders holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He has more than 8 years of experience working with low-income clients and community facilities.
Nestor Regino, Senior Staff Architect is a licensed registered architect with technical responsibility for architectural services undertaken by the Community Design Center. Nestor has over 20 years of experience in private and public sector architecture. In addition to his own practice, he is a member of the architecture faculty of City College of San Francisco. Mr. Regino holds a Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley and during his career has worked in a number of local and national architectural firms.
Marianela Rullan is the Design Assistant. She helps in developing the design, preparing construction documents, building code checks, zoning reviews, feasibility, and cost estimating. Marianela holds a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, she also has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Universidad Olmeca, in Mexico. Ms. Rullan has over 3 years of experience working on architectural, landscape, and community-based projects.
